Mini Rugby

Mini-Rugby has begun. Practices are 10:00am, Sundays at our home park, Sullivan Heights Park located at 64th Avenue and 144th Street. Jamborees are held every fourth Sunday.

New players are always welcome.

General Information

Mini-rugby is for boys and girls, ages 5-11. Teams are separated by age and are co-ed. Ages 12-18 (Youth, or age grade rugby) are all girl or all boy teams. This year we plan to have a U-13 and/or a U-14 team. The U-13 and U-14 teams will play with 8 players a side.

Players aged 15-18 play a regular season of Sunday games. For information on practice times, locations, game schedule and registration for this age group, please contact Kevin Taylor or Marc Filliatrault coordinators for the Youth Rugby Program.

Players and parents are invited back to the Clubhouse for hot dogs, pop, chips and socializing the Sunday before each Jamboree. Players are encouraged to bring out their friends and cousins for a practice and then a trip back to the clubhouse. Play pool or bring your favourite video and watch it on the BIG SCREEN TV. If you have a play station or other game feel to bring it, we've got a few other TVs we can hook them up to.
